The workshops are free of charge, yet registration, along with a potential short project description, is mandatory. Priority will be given to people with tangible projects in mind.

Workshop leader: Christian Wyss, Attorney at Law, Partner VISCHER

The workshop analyzes when it is appropriate for a startup to raise money from family and friends and explains how to communicate with family and friend investors. Also, the workshop explains the pros and cons of different funding methods such as equity vs. debt or personal vs. corporate liability and the usual structure of convertible loans and similar arrangements used in this funding stage.
